Bangor International Airport
Bangor International Airport (BIA) is a public, civil-military airport located in Bangor, Maine. Formerly known as the Bangor Army Air Field and Dow Air Force Base, the 101st Air Refueling Wing is part of the Maine Air National Guard. It is used for domestic and international flights.
There is only one terminal at the airport, and it offers many services to passengers. The airport has a Wi-Fi network that is free, as well as several shops and restaurants. Some airlines charge a fee for airport lounges where passengers can relax.

The second floor features an intricate frieze and unique sash windows. Rufus Dwinel was the previous owner of this home. He was also an important businessman. Jones Veazie later occupied the house.
First Methodist Episcopal Church is also located in the neighborhood. The Greek Revival church was built in 1837. Harvey Graves designed the church, as well as two other churches from the 19th century in this area. The brick construction of the church makes it stand out in the city.
Union Street
Union Street is a lively community in Bangor, with sidewalk cafes and art galleries. There are also cozy bistros. This area is a walking paradise, with easy access rivers and mountains for hiking or skiing.
